How can I downgrade to Standard, Flexi or Corporate membership?
As per our terms and conditions.
Members can upgrade membership levels from the 1st of any calendar month. Note, if a member wishes to downgrade membership then 3 months notice must be received in writing or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org to do so.
The downgraded membership can only commence from the 1st of any calendar month after the 3 month notice has been received and served.
